Regular Post / Global Air Mail orders dispatch within 2 working days.
Each order is carefully packed before dispatch to ensure you are getting a quality product. Goods are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW. Please allow longer during peak times and sales. You will receive an email from us when we ship your order, including a tracking number for your delivery. Please note that quoted shipping timeframes are not guaranteed except when you choose our Priority Shipping or Courier services, which guarantee same day shipping on orders placed by 11am. We do not guarantee delivery times.
Your order will be delivered through Australia Post eParcel. The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode. Please allow extra time for post deliveries at peak times eg Christmas and Easter. Paper Eskimo does not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required, although you may return them at your cost for a credit (exclusions may apply).
You may request a signature on delivery if required by advising us in the "Notes" section when ordering. If no-one is available to sign for your parcel, Australia Post should leave a card advising you of your pick-up options. Paper Eskimo does not accept any responsibility for goods once they have been collected by Australia Post, however, should an item arrive faulty or damaged, we will happily arrange replacement, exchange or a refund. We do however require a digital photograph by email including your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not deem itself faulty or damaged.
