Shipping and Returns

Paper Eskimo has grown on the quality and uniqueness of its products and we strive to extend this to the service it provides to its customers. We believe a happy customer is a loyal customer who will always come back based on satisfaction.

Express Post orders dispatch same day if placed before 1pm AEST. 

Regular Post / Global Air Mail orders dispatch within 2 working days.

Shipping

Each order is carefully packed before dispatch to ensure you are getting a quality product. Goods are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW. Please allow longer during peak times and sales. You will receive an email from us when we ship your order, including a tracking number for your delivery. Please note that quoted shipping timeframes are not guaranteed except when you choose our Priority Shipping or Courier services, which guarantee same day shipping on orders placed by 11am. We do not guarantee delivery times. 

Delivery

Your order will be delivered through Australia Post eParcel. The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode. Please allow extra time for post deliveries at peak times eg Christmas and Easter. Paper Eskimo does not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required, although you may return them at your cost for a credit (exclusions may apply).

You may request a signature on delivery if required by advising us in the "Notes" section when ordering. If no-one is available to sign for your parcel, Australia Post should leave a card advising you of your pick-up options. Paper Eskimo does not accept any responsibility for goods once they have been collected by Australia Post, however, should an item arrive faulty or damaged, we will happily arrange replacement, exchange or a refund. We do however require a digital photograph by email including your order number to  sales@papereskimo.com.au We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not deem itself faulty or damaged. 

Returns

If you choose to exchange a product for any other reason then the delivery costs are non-refundable unless we have made an error on your order. The goods must be returned in original condition, unopened and unused and must be received within 14 days of purchase accompanied with proof of purchase, your name, contact details and reason for return. Items may be exchanged for items of the same value or in exchange for a credit note to the value of the item. Credit notes are valid for 12 months.

Returns policy does not apply to items purchased at sale prices. All sale items are final sales and no exchanges or refunds will be given unless the product is deemed faulty. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage, freight or courier costs incurred.

All returns must be pre-arranged with management and returned to Paper Eskimo within 14 days of purchase. It is advisable to take insurance on your return post as Paper Eskimo will not be held responsible for any product lost in transit.
